These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the primeprowork.com website and any painting, cabinet, epoxy flooring, pressure washing, siding cleaning, flooring, or handyman services ("Services") provided by Prime Paint & Home Services ("Prime Paint," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Westfield, Massachusetts. By using this website or requesting an estimate, you agree to these Terms.
2. Free Estimates
Estimates provided by phone, text, Messenger, or through our website contact form are free and based on the information and photos you share with us. Estimates are approximate and may change after an in-person inspection or once the full scope of work is known. A written estimate or agreement provided at the time of booking will reflect the final scope and price for your project.
3. Scheduling and Access
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area, moving or protecting personal items and furniture unless otherwise agreed, and obtaining any permits required by your town or city before work begins, if applicable. Scheduling is subject to weather, material availability, and current workload. We will communicate any delays as soon as we are aware of them.
4. Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit, are agreed upon directly with you before or at the start of a job. We do not process payments through this website.
5. Service Area
Prime Paint & Home Services is based in Westfield, Massachusetts and primarily serves Western Massachusetts and neighboring communities in nearby states, at our discretion and depending on the project. Listing a service area on this website does not guarantee availability for every address or project; please contact us to confirm.
6. Insurance Disclosure
Prime Paint & Home Services does not currently carry general liability insurance. We encourage customers to review their own homeowner's insurance policy and ask any questions about coverage before work begins. We take care to work safely and protect your property, but you should factor our current insurance status into your decision to hire us.
7. Workmanship
We aim for clean, careful work on every job. Any specific workmanship guarantee for a project will be discussed and provided in writing at the time of the job, if offered. Manufacturer warranties on paint and materials are provided by their respective manufacturers, not by Prime Paint & Home Services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Paint & Home Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or this website. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project. This section does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under Massachusetts law.
9. Photos and Marketing
We may photograph completed work for use in our marketing, including our website, Facebook page, and other promotional materials. We do not include identifying details about your home's address or your personal information in these photos. If you would prefer we not use photos from your project, let us know before work begins.

Articles on our blog are general home-maintenance information for Western Massachusetts and neighboring-state homeowners. They are not professional advice for your specific home.
